    The camera on my Z10 takes pictures, but won't save them, unless I turn off my phone.. It also won't allow me to delete my pictures and gives me a message that delete failed.

    When I turn off my phone, then the pictures I've taken and deleted appear in the picture app.

    Do a battery pull, when your phone is on, on it, wait a while and see
