    I have gone into the settings multiple times and tried different files to use as my ringtone but it won't change from the last one I had set. I have even tried restarting my phone so next thing would be a battery pull.
    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

    Have you checked that you haven't overridden the profile's default ringtone in the app or contact specific notification settings?
