    When I press the lock button to unlock my new 9930 Bold, it won't unlock. Any help?

    start pressing the number keys and you should get the box to input your password. maybe the button is faulty now

    Hold down the lock button as if to power off, that should bring up the cancel, lock and restart screen, then hit cancel.
