    tried to download new os, said update failed kept trying to download. Connected phone to bblink, now it shut off wont start up hold power button led flashes twice phone wont boot up, tried to do factory reset, wont let me do that says error not connected.

    remove the battery for a couple of minutes then try do a factory restore via link

    it wont allow me to restore through link, error message comes up saying device is not connected when it is connected.
