    I've put the same account details in the passport as in my Z10. On the Z10 all the contacts, email and calendar just sync with no problem. On the passport I only get email and calendar but no contacts.

    Did you accidently disable sync of contacts?
    Check the account settings on the Passport.

    I have been running 10.3 and 10.3.1 on Z30 and neither have had problems synchronizing contacts.
