    when i try to switch to my front camera on my z10 it says : " The camera can't be started ". how do i solve this problem ??

    Does Os matter?. Why bring up Os when it is camera issue.

    Try to use another app to open the camera
    Ex: landmarkcam or ecamera or anything else

    I downloaded ecamera but the front camera won't start. And my os is still 10.2. Is 10.3 available available on z10 ??? if so how do i update it ?

    I remember briefly I had this problem as well with my z10 how's your memory? I think st that time mine was low and needed to delete a few things 1 st. Even of your using a memory card you need memory available on the phone as well
