[CrackBerry Question]

I have my PC linked via BB Link for my contacts and calenar. I also saw i also have local contacts and calendar, but they no longer there as i accidently deleted them. I had done a sync prior to the delete but noticed after the fact that none of the items transferred. Now i have lost a lot of information. Any way to recover them? But also, any way to get the sync to work. I tried one way from device to computer with contacts and calendar and then indvidually. NO change. Any help is appreciated.

Were you able to retrieve your information? Did the sync work for you? How did you solve this issue?
