    my phone is stuck on the loading bar progress. i have tried restarting it by holding down the volume keys (but that doesn't work), holding down the power button turns it off but then displays the loading bar. it has been like this for two days, i wanted to try and reload the software but it will not connect to my pc. i have no idea what to do cause i am no computer genius, so i dont know where to start.
