You'll have to pick the correct 7zip file depending on your model. Either a 1, 2/3, or 4. If you don't know, open the back and the sticker inside will tell you STL100-x, the x being the key number.

okay i did that but the autoloader not doing anything am i doing something wrong i was tryin gto send an link but i wont let but i got it from blackberry 10 autoloader page

You unzipped it on your PC, ran it as administrator, the control box opened and told you to hook up your phone, you did with a BlackBerry USB cable, and nothing happened at all?

i didnt get anything to unzip it just comes up and i can just open it

It's a 1.47Gb zip file you need to download.

yea im downloading it now so once its down just unzip it and plug in the phone to my pc?

Unzip, right click, run as administrator, connect phone once prompted, do not touch the phone until the box closes and the phone reboots.

phone red light going on and off and the pc it just come up i puted in my password and then press enter then i was just waitting and ntn happen

Try again, but this time after the control box asks you for your password and you've entered it, press and hold the top button to power off the phone.
