[CrackBerry Question]

I have tried everything and cannot get the phone to save any contacts, it only will show my yahoo email contacts, when I try to add a regular phone number contact it will simply not save it, I have the latest software update and scoured the internet for answers and tried everything to no avail, what is the problem?

Hi. Welcome to CB. What are your settings in the contact app. Swipe down, settings. You can turn on or off various contacts. Or are Yu saying that it's not syncing with yahoo?

it syncs fine with yahoo, all settings are turned on, the problem is when I am manually adding a new contact, it wont save, I enter the name the number, press save and it does nothing, done a battery pull, that did nothing, no matter what I do it simply does not save....

figured it out! had to take out a yahoo account that was linked to contacts, thanks very much for your help
