I'd Restart the PC, if you haven't already, and see if it opens after that.
If not...
Try deleting it all, including uninstalling "BlackBerry 10 Desktop Software" from your PC's Control Panel. Delete the files from your PC Downloads folder too.
Restart your PC, then re-download the package from the BB website. Work now?
Having the same issue. I just downloaded the install and all ran fine. BlackBerry link opens and connects fine but when I click on the Blend shortcut, nothing happens at all. Tried uninstalling and reboot re-install and going right to the install folder to try opening from the .exe. Still nothing. Opened up Task manager and clicked on the file several times like rapidfire and not even a blink from Task Manager. It is like it is not even there. Tried running as Administrator, nothing. This is very frustrating as there is not much I have found on the net about this issue. Any help would be appreciated.
