When I try to run BlackBerry link I receive error messages on all
services before they crash out and fail to run: BBL, BBL.Autoupdate, BBL.Helper. Choosing to debug the problem gives me this error: "An unhandled Microsoft.NET framework exception occured in BBL [8024]" Other error numbers show up - [6760] [4044], etc. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, rebooting, disabling all other services on start-up, but to no improvement.

BBL ran successfully for several months before generating this error. This looks like a common problem but I haven't been able to find a solution that doesn't involve the things I've already tried.

I don't connect regularly so I can't pinpoint exactly when the error began occurring and if it is tied to a system setting or program installation.

    I'm running:
    Windows 7, 64 bit
    Blackberry link 1.2.3.56
    .NET Framework 4.5.1 v4.5.50938

    Here are the error details:

I had a problem too trying to access my link too, then when I got it running now I have a problem with my BlackBerry id it won't reset the BlackBerry tech guys are baffled they need me to hook up with link on a computer to see the log files because they are stumped, so no video chat can't download apps for BlackBerry world, sucks cause I'm in a hotel and can't hook up to a computer cause my BlackBerry z10 is my computer, but they say there working on direct communication, if I said that right on phones , then going through link on the computer , to look at run time file etc. Should be working in a few months they said but most likely be many months......

I would just phone your carrier get them to transfer you to BlackBerry and talk to a tech BUT. Get them to transfer you over, don't let them give you a phone number cause when you phone it BlackBerry will ask for 49.99$ to problem solve the problem
