    I had to change from EE to T-Mobile (I know, they're technically the same, but hey...). T-Mobile sent a new SIM card which I put in, and my handset asks for my Blackberry ID. Fine, I know it. I enter it. It doesn't like it. I enter it again, showing the password so I can check I'm not by mistake putting a caps where it should be lower case, or typing an error, etc - but the phone still doesn't like it. I'm up to 8/10 attempts. HELP!!!

    Does your device have a BlackBerry connection? Which software version does it have? If I remember correct there was one version that had an issue with the BBID...
