I have a Blackberry Classic that is on a Telstra plan. The BBM and blackberry world has stopped working at the start of August and nobody at Telstra or Blackberry have been able to help. I have had the handset replaced, SIM card replaced, done a security swipe also. BBM and BB world only work when I have a wifi connection.
Can anyone help as to what this might be or if they know of a blackberry specialist at a telstra shop in Melbourne that could help?
