    Just purchased a classic and transferred over my BB id from a z10. All went well, BB protect works, BB world, everything else.... except BBM got stuck on the "associating BBM with your device" screen.

    So, I tried a wipe and my secondary BB id... no luck / same problem. Loaded the OS 10.3.2.2639 leak. No luck again. Created a brand new email AND a new blackberry ID and its still getting stuck on.

    Been using blackberrys for many many years, have transferred devices many times (even back and forth in the same day) and I've never seen such a thing. Any suggestions? Could the actual hardware be defective?
