Why is the wipe process on my Q10 BlackBerry taking forever?

i am trying to reset my q10 and i did the wipe process but its been 3hrs now so i think it is stuck. what to do in this situation?

Just unplug it, it's likely done and stuck. Not like you're gonna lose any date -- you were wiping it anyway.

Depending on how much data you had on it, it actually might still be wiping. Not sure why people do this anyways if you want it wiped, just use an autoloader to put an OS on it and it wipes it in less than 5 minutes.
