I have made sure that I am signed in to my accounts on both my phone and my laptop, but every time I try to back up my Q10, an error message pops up.
It says:
"Backup did not complete: Verify that your device is turned on and connected to BlackBerry Link, and try again."
I have tried restarting both my phone and my laptop twice, but it still will not co-operate.
I am trying to back up my phone to complete a hard reset since I am not receiving SMS after the 10.3.1 upgrade.
