Why will my android Magicjack App not open on my Blackberry Z10?

I downloaded the android Magicjack app through APK train. Downloaded installed as per instructions and the app appeared on my home screen. When I try to open the app it comes up and says "please wait loading" then disppears from screen and comes back up with same message then disappears. App never opens.

not all apps will work, this appears to be one of them that doesnt

So far, I've only gotten MagicJack to open in 10.3, but even then it's not quite stable since it opens on its own at random times and just seems to disconnect calls, or the other line can't hear you.
