    Good Day

    We have been experiencing issues when trying to reload blackberry 10 software via blackberry link. We keep receiving an error."Error when trying to update blackberry software please try again later"

    We have tried on several PC's, different blackberry 10 models and still we are getting errors. We have tried uninstalling and re-installing the blackberry link software but still getting errors when trying to reload BB 10 OS.

    This leads to a high amount of Blackberry's being booked in for repairs at the Service Providers which we could have fixed in store.

    What is your solution for this??? checking online and find no answer.

    Did you use the latest version of BB Link downloaded from their website? As far as I know you need the latest version to run the last software update on a device. See my adventure with all this here: My this morning Link odyssey - BlackBerry Forums at CrackBerry.com
