Why is it a struggle to close hub on Z30 after 10.3.1 update?

Ever since I have downloaded OS version 10.3.1. 1565 I cannot almost always close the hub (email.etc). I swipe up from the the bottom of the screen and it will not close also when I open the hub it goes into landscape mode which is pretty annoying. Any ideas how to rectify this.

so my hub doesn't close with a swipe up. it slides sideways.
Sounds like you have a bad install. You should reload the OS if things aren't working.
