    Incoming e-mails are displayed in Outlook on my PC, but some incoming e-mails do not display on my Q10. If I search for that e-mail on the Q10, it will display.

    Do you have any rules on incoming e-mail? Are some of them placed in a subfolder of the inbox? Are you connected to an exchange server?

    Is there any particular trend with these incoming emails that won't display on your device? The easiest solution is to delete and reconfigure that email to the device.
