Did you by chance update to the developer version 10.3.0.700? If so, that's why you're missing some applications. It specifically mentions this when you're downloading it.

Well, apparently the warning is not bold or red enough cus I see people installing leaks and then complaining here in forums. I face-palm every time I see one of these threads.
