I installed Blackberry Bridge on both my Passport and my Playbook and was thrilled to be able to pair the 2 devices. My joy has been tempered by the fact that now I have no audio on the Playbook. Not for music or videos - not sure about notification sounds but I do have the sound of key strokes. Whenever I try to use the manual volume control button I receive a message " ... volume control not supported on this device ... "
Is this a common problem? is there a work around?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Sounds like the PlayBook thinks the Passport is a bt headset... First I have ever heard of this.

Unpair, uninstall Bridge, reboot both devices (on the PlayBook, hold vol-, power, vol +; on the Passport hold the top buttom till you see the BB loading screen) and then Bridge again. See if that does it.
