Suddenly today my passport ran slowly. Apps are not opening and charge is incredibly slow. Email does not sync and sometimes not even setting page opens. Everthing goes back on home screen. Have 10.3.3 on it. Please help, I am not familiar with workarounds. Thanks.

First, you may wish to start with a solid reboot. Hold the power button down until the phone starts up again.
Then don't touch it for 15 minutes after it boots to the homescreen.
