My BB Z10 STL100-2 stuck on 99% during installing new software 10.3.0.
Please advice.
How long has it been at 99%? I have a Z10 STL100-2 and it did the same thing after sitting at 99% for about 45 minutes. I turned it off let it sit for 5 minutes turned it back on and it booted up with the installed update 10.3.1.1565 & it has been fine ever since.
Rocking 24-7 with my Z10 & 16GB PlayBook.
