Verizon Visual Voicemail unable to play voicemail issue
Visual voicemail will not play the message even though it shows it's downloaded on the phone app. I've contacted Verizon and done all the crazy stuff from battery removal, verified os version (10.2.1.3253) Factory reset, it doesn't matter...It simply will not play the message. It even shows the length of the message, but will not play. If I call into my voicemail I sometimes get a window pop up message that states that there is limited connectivity or another one that says the message has been blocked.
