    I am using emails only on my Q5 and nothing else. I am getting device storage almost full notification.

    The stats of device storage are:
    System: 5GB
    Apps: 489MB
    User Files: 2MB
    Free: 460 MB

    Can anyone help how to get rid of this issue. I have tried restarting, hard rest etc.

    Looks like the "System" is your issue, 5 gb? If your saving these emails, and they all have attachments, that may be cluttering up your device.
    Try moving them to the Micro SD card to free up the device and keep it free breathing......
