    if I hit the hub, it can take up until a minute for the screen to come up, then when I click the text or email, it takes another minute to open. Same happens when hitting back key or to minimize a panel.

    It should only take a second or two. Try a reboot by holding down the power button for 40 seconds. Ignore the on screen prompt.
