My phone normally is fine. It is pretty fast. The web browsing with lots of text, pictures and graphics even does not get stuck. The memory is not full to the brink either, there is definitely plenty of space but the only problem which I face is that when I receive a call or intend to make a call the phone slows down considerably. Like when i receive the call there is a lag of at least 3-4 seconds before the call gets through. Similarly it takes about 4-5 seconds until I dial a number and the phone actually makes a call.

It feels like the phone whose's basic function is to call can not perform the function it is made for and performing all the other functions. Its like the purpose of the phone is lost. If it is not making or receiving calls then what is the use of it

Same with my Z10. I don't know what causes it but I've learnt to live with it.

Could be time for an update....even a rollback may be warranted in some circumstances.
Could be your network or geograqphical/physical location
