Why is my phone calling,a previous dialed number,while I am talking on the phone?

I dial a number,talks on the phone,hang up and dial another number.while i am talking my dial the previous number.

What??? That's a ghost in your machine! I never heard of this! Are you hitting some other button with your cheek or face as you talk?
