    My name is Churchill0.Last week after my bb10 passport started hanging when I was using WhatsApp. I decided to restart it and it froze on finalizing device setup. After reading some comments here I decided to run the autoloader and now it can't get beyond the blackberry logo. Please help!

    Which autoloader did you use?
    Make sure you use the correct one for the Passport.

    If this is what you used, I suggest you re-download and try running it again.
