They stopped making the Passport in 2015.... it might be new to you. And at this point the last of the TCL BlackBerry's is being sold out.... I guess you just won't us a phone?
With the limited info you provided, it's hard to say if your carrier/provider doesn't support all BB10 phones.... or if it's only the Passport or only your model of the Passport.
Really need to know what model Passport you have and what carrier/provider your trying to use it with, there might be work arounds.
If you need support ......well....you are at the correct place 'cause you won't get any from your provider or anywhere else except CrackBerry.:)
