    Hi,
    I am using Blackberry 10 OS ( Blackberry Passport ) but i am facing problem, is if i delete mails from my server , it is getting deleted automatically from the device . please help me out here.

    mails are important to keep backup in my phone so that i check when ever i required so Please suggest me

    Create folders instead of deleting messages.

    You can also set up your e-mail as a POP3 instead of smtp. That way your e-mail is just copied from the server to your device. Then deleting on device leaves it on the server and deleting on server leaves it on the device.

    You have to search your e-mail provider settings and then set it up on your phone.
