What is its file name? Can I Sanchesi it back? From one of the 10.3 autoloader files?
I was ditching some unused apps and somehow managed to drop the file manager. I don't want to go through a full system install and not sure how far back to go to find it.

No real idea. One brick recovery a couple of Sachesi sessions and a few late evenings can do wonderous things.
Reverted back to 10.2, factory reset to get apps back. If an app doesn't need to be updated, then it is not in an autoloader and does not refresh.
Had to do a security wipe and pick factory reset AND accept the update in BB link to get a good image. Now will work back up to 10.3.1.xxx with Sanchesi. So if you do mess up a factory app and jump too far ahead w an autoloader, you can end up with a very abbreviated apps list.
Did you have your media player apps when you updated?
