    I thought that these updates came every month - I had to do a factory reset for the DTEK issue - is there something I need to reset on my phone?

    For factory unlocked devices, they do. Yours is purchased from Rogers and Rogers essentially controls when your update is released. Rogers, for whatever reason, has decided to not push the latest release as of yet.
