Why are my icons rearranging themselves since I updated my Q5?

After I updated my BlackBerry Q5 to the latest software, the camera has been awful. It doesn't auto-focus anymore and the lightning is bad. Also, I can't connect to Gmail and yahoo mail anymore while using mobile data (I used to). It said that the server can't be reached. I tried to change the IMAP settings and all but still not working. Then, all of a sudden, after I arranged my icons according to importance, it started to arrange itself ditching my games into a folder.

Here's my specs:
OS: 10.2.1.3442
Software : 10.2.1.3062

Is there a way to downgrade my blackberry? Thank you.
