    New to BB10 with my new Passport. Emails were working ok. Now when I get a email that shows up int he hub, I click on the email, the message opens but then the screen is grey, cannot access the reply, reply all, forward, or the < icon to go back. Have to swipe to get to home screen then go to hub icon to get back to the hub. If I swipe left it takes me back to the "frozen" "greyed out" email.

    Try rebooting your device. It sounds as if it's hanging.
