    OK phone Q5 did update today and had to restart phone. Did that and now screen is different and asks for ENTER DEVICE PASSWORD. I entered the password that I had set up to unlock phone. Have used this password at least 15 times a day everyday and now says incorrect and now down to 5 tries. HELP!!!
