    i upgraded my Q5 to version 10.3.2 and since then i noticed the data service does not connect and i cannot do anything with my phone. i cant connect to the internet. what is the problem and how do i tackle it?

    What does your phone show for a network indicator? 2G/3G/4G or 2g/3g/4g?

    Have you checked your APN? Check under Settings>Networks and Connections>Mobile Network>APN, and make sure your carrier's values are there.
