Why are my contacts empty after a few hours after restoring?

I am transferring from android to blackberry. my contacts are stored on the android app after restoring. all my contacts are deleting after few hours, what should I do? Please help

Really need a little more info...how they are being transferred, what app you are referring to, ect.
