[CrackBerry Question]

I am finding whenever I connect my blackberry passport to backup using blackberry link, right after when I disconnect my phone from the computer, call log disappears, all the speed dial contacts saved show only phone number (no contact name or pictures show up) and additionally, I am not able to store new information for any contacts in my phonebook. Only way I can get this to correct is by doing a hard reset by pressing the volume keys and rebooting. After that things go back to normal, that is call log shows up again, pictures and names for speed dial contacts come back and I can store information in my phone book.

I am currently using 10.3.0.908 software and I have had the passport for a month.
