my z3 sends 4 alerts all at once over 5 times a day telling me that my log in information concerning my 2 email addresses has been changed or is incorrect and that I must update my log in information. I can still send and recieve my email still. I'm at my wits end, i just bought this phone in September 2014.
Your help will be appreciated.

Go to hub-settings- email account...
See if you have two accounts...

If you are using Yahoo E-mail, they always have issues with transporting contacts. If you do, disable Yahoo's contacts and only have it retrieve e-mails.
Had this issue with my PlayBook and Q5. Not anymore.
