why is my blackberry Z10 not restating even after charging and changing the battery to a new one?

I charged my Z10, but it won,t restart. The red LED lights up, Blackberry appears on the screen but it does not load. Help!

It's something that happens... going to need to reload the OS. You can try LINK, but best solution is to use an Autoloader.
