I look after a number of users (100 blackberry devices mixture of Z10 and Q10). I've had the same problem reported by a high number of users (Z10 users, not so much Q10 but don't know if that makes a huge difference). The problem is their phones have started to dial random contacts with no help from them. This can be whilst their phone is sitting on their desk or on the car seat next to them whilst driving. One user has also complained as he called a business contact at 3am one morning whilst fast asleep himself and his phone on the table next to him - one unhappy customer later and we can't understand how this is happening. Has this happened to anyone else and can you recommend a fix? I've asked my network provider who no longer support the Z10 device and so they're not much use and as it seems a widespread problem (not just one user) I doubt it's a faulty handset - unless it's lots of faulty handsets!

My Z10 was notorious for calling people at the touch of almost nothing. but it DID have some touch. Like I touched the screen somewhere, or set it down hard on a surface, or dropped it lighted on a carpet. All times, it would dial someone. Are these users having anything like that going on?
