I try to update my software. After 2 hours waiting for the update, i restart my phone. Then i get notice that said "Update unsuccessful, your device software was not updated. Your device is running blackberry 10 os version 10.3.1.2027. Please try again"
Anyone know why i got this problem? Please help me
Perhaps check and ensure you have good network connectivity (if OTA). Also, make sure you have enough space to download and install the update. Usually, based on what I have noticed, you basically need double the amount of free space as the size of the update/install file.
Also, have you tried connecting to BlackBerry Link and performing the update from there?
My device storage have enough space bcos i only using 7.2gb of 16gb used. About blackberry link, i had tried to connect my q10 to pc but there is nothing link for update. Im sorry i dont have enough knowledge about blackberry bcos im newbie. Before this im using windows phone. Please help me friend.
