    What is the data source? Wi-Fi vs LTE vs HSPA vs EDGE, etc? Do you know what data speed you're getting, maybe via Speedtest app or something similar?
    What is the resolution of streaming video?

    Higher-res video + slower data service will result in lag. Generally HD video needs 8-10 Mbps for streaming.
    Remember too that data throughput is being split amongst any other devices on same Wi-Fi network.

    My Internet connection speed is 10 mbps speed... and also mobile data is 10 mbps speed as well. My other BlackBerry Z10 browser is absolutely working smooth. Need assistance.
