When I try to open BlackBerry Link I get the pop-up window telling my it's loading, but nothing happens and it is still trying to load 30 minutes later. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the software, but I get the same no-result. Once in 6 or 7 attempts it may load, after a very long wait, but usually it just hangs. Has anyone else experienced this and what more can I do to fix this. My BlackBerry is a Z10.
