[CrackBerry Question]

Please Help me ASAP.. when i logged in my BB ID with my Username which is my Email Address and Password which is Correct it says.. "Use the Username Associated with this Smartphone" i deleted the ID started afresh with the same Email/Username it keeps saying the same thing.. but when i log them in from a computer thet log in fine.. im scared here because my Blackberry Protect is now offline making my phone vulnerable.. assistance please

Looks like you've changed your sim card.

I'm guessing this is on a legacy BlackBerry phone. And the phone is asking for the BBID & password that you used when you activated BlackBerry Protect on the phone.
If you have changed the password of the BBID through the website and the phone doesn't have network coverage now, the password wouldn't be recognized by the phone. In that case, try your old password and it'll let you in.

More than 3 attempts and I think your phone will wipe itself.
