    Why is my blackberry deleting my photos even though they are on my media card.
    I accepted several Blackberry updates, against my better judgement, and since the update photos I transfer to the Memory card get deleted after a few days. The older photos are still there and intact but all new photos disappear ! Particularly annoying as I wanted the set of photos urgently for an insurance claim and to upload and sell another sports car.

    I have never heard of files on the SD card being deleted. Have you figured out this mystery?
    The update should not touch your card.

    You can try and use file recovery tools on a computer to recover this pictures. They aren't really deleted.

    As to why this is happening, I have no idea.
