    i have a blackberry 9720 which is about 6/7 months old. recently it keeps rebooting like crazy, consecutively sometimes. ive reloaded my OS (7.1) and the problem still persist. all my apps were transferred from my old bb. the only ones downloaded was Shazam and Super Torch, but it was downloaded months back. sometimes the phone will reboot, other times it will switch & I have to take the battery out, other times it will reboot while rebooting. please help!!

    When you reloaded the OS did you restore the old settings? That can cause some issues. You might try reloading the OS and only restore contacts, apps, messages and stuff like that. Don't restore any of the settings.
